She's 5!

Happy 5th Birthday, Anna Grant! This was such a special birthday! She has been wanting to be five for so long, and the day finally arrived! I think it exceeded her expectations, and she had such a wonderful day! It's so hard to believe that we have a 5 year old. She's so big, and we are blessed beyond measure! She has a big heart, and we know that God has lots in store for our "baby" girl. Just a few things about Anna Grant at age 5:
Weight - 37 pounds
Height - I'll find out at the doctor on Tuesday
She is learning to read, writes really well and loves to work math problems.
She loves to memorize Bible verses. The first one we learned was Psalm 23. We've learned 6 (A-F) so far.
Loves babydolls, her little sister, her friends, dessert, pink lemonade and the colors pink and purple
Has a big heart and cares about others.
She's a great Big Sister!
Seems to remember everything!
Does not like to get dirty!
Is often moody, especially if she hasn't had enough sleep.
Requires a lot of sleep... does not like to get up early!

She woke up on her birthday to presents from us! One of her surprises was a fish she named Emily (even though it's a male Betta).
Caroline was excited about the presents, too!
Blueberry cake for breakfast.
I picked Liz, Lacey and Anna Grant up from Bible School to have a birthday lunch at Yummy Yogurt (Anna Grant's choice). Olivia Kate met us there, and then the girls played all afternoon at our house. It was a fun way to spend the big day!
Sweet, Sweet Friends - Olivia Kate, Liz, Anna Grant and Lacey
Honey came over that night.
Honey gave Anna Grant new outfits for her American Girl dolls and a new puppy for them named "Coconut."
One last cake to end the big day!
Birthday night
It was a great birthday!
