We went on our annual Kahlstorf family beach trip in May. Although the first few days were a little chilly, we had a wonderful time playing on the beach, swimming in the pool and being together! Anna Grant liked the pool more than the beach, and Caroline is definitely our beach baby. Anna Grant liked to sit in her chair or lay on her towel, while Caroline loved to play in the sand and in the water. Each day we went to the beach for a few hours, then to the pool, and then inside for a late lunch. The big kids usually swam while the babies napped. Anna Grant also ran fever on Monday, and she and Brannon made a trip to the pediatric office to find out that she was just fine! As Brannon said, she did a complete 180 degree turn around and was well by the time they walked into the doctor's office. It seems that we usually make at least one trip to the doctor while we are on vacation. All in all, it was a great beach trip, and we're ready to go back!
