Disney Day 2- Epcot

Our second day was the one the little girls had dreamed about since we first mentioned our trip to Disneyworld....we started our morning with a Princess Brunch at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway at EPCOT. The girls were so excited to get all dressed up and go to the park. The Brunch was really good, and it was the perfect way to meet all the princesses without having to wait in really long lines. When we first arrived, we went to a special area where we got to meet Belle, take pictures, and visit for a little while. Then while we ate, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Cinderella, and Ariel all came to our table to visit, take pictures, and sign autographs. This was by far the highlight of my girls trip!  They couldn't believe that the "real" princesses were actually talking to them.  It was priceless!
After walking around the World Showcase on the coldest day of our trip, mid 50 degrees, to try to meet some other characters, we decided it was time to ride some rides! We hit up Figment and the Imaginations Lab, which the kids had a blast with. Next was Nemo and the aquarium, which they also loved.  After several hours at The Land eating and riding Soarin' (Curry and Anna Grant loved it so much they rode twice, with both groups of adults!), we split up so that everyone could ride the most important things for them. Right before leaving the park, I mentioned that the kids really wanted to ride the "train" (monorail) and since it was early, that's what we did. Well, after getting stuck at the transportation center and having to ride about 4 monorails, we finally ended up at Magic kingdom to catch our bus home! It was about 10 when we dragged into the hotel and ate a quick bite of a late night supper. It was such a fabulous day, especially with the joy and thrill of the girls meeting all the princesses!

While the little ones were waiting for the grown ups to get off the Soarin Ride, the food court employees entertained everyone with a parade with instruments and all. They loved it and it definitely helped pass the time!
Anna Grant rode Test Track with us!  She was so brave!

The girls with Mulan.
Jack and the Girls
Aunt M.E. suggested that we take a picture with Caroline's favorite ride... ALL the public potties!  She said Dr. Jack had taken the same picture with her years ago.
The whole crew at Epcot. Fun Day!
