I had the not so bright idea to make chocolate covered strawberries for Brannon for Valentine's Day! It was not a good idea for 3 reasons: 1. The chocolate is hot and not safe for a three year old to dip strawberries into! 2. I got tired of using a double boiler and decided to speed the process along by putting the chocolate in the microwave! Who knew that chocolate could burn in the microwave! 3. Caroline wanted to be part of the action and it definitely was not a good idea to let her help!
However, the strawberries did turn out and Anna Grant was so proud of her "Valentime's" present for Daddy!
