Melissa's third baby, Jack, has arrived! He was 2 1/2 weeks early and is absolutely precious!! He has a head full of dark hair, which is completely opposite of her other two! Because of his unexpected arrival, Anna Grant and I were not prepared to head to Springfield to keep Melissa's kids while she was in the hospital! We had planned to drive up on the 15th before Melissa was to be induced on the 16th! So I threw everything in the car last Tuesday around lunch, picked Anna Grant up from school and headed to Missouri! I left Caroline with Brannon and my sweet mom! We definitely had a full and crazy week! We all, except for Anna Grant, had a stomach virus! Francie Claire and Melissa had it before Melissa went into labor, Curry and Tom were sick on Wednesday, and then I got sick on Friday! Whew!! Thankfully, it was only a 24 hour bug, and we sanitized the house for Jack's sake! Anna Grant LOVED being with Curry and Francie Claire! The last time we were in Springfield, she was not even 2 years old! Aside from all the craziness, I wouldn't have missed helping Melissa out for anything! Anna Grant and Curry played so well together, and I got some sweet hugs and kisses from Francie Claire! But I definitely missed Caroline! We are glad to be back home and are looking forward to being with the Sutherland Crew for Thanksgiving!
